It includes the supply of equipment for volunteer groups and vehicles for people with disabilities, animals, and natural disaster response.

This concerns the training, information, and networking of volunteers from the CD and D3. Deliverables:

• 4.4 Development of a volunteer registry application
• 4.5 Pilot preparedness exercise

This concerns information campaigns for the general public and specific target groups by the CD and D3, as well as the creation of guides and videos.
